Hello!

My name is Camara Guilbert, owner of Tete Cam’s Playhouse. I have four beautiful children: Sonya (18), Christopher (14), Ava (10), and Ki’an (2), along with a magnificent husband, Christian. I have been an MPS educator for almost 10 years, leading and serving children of various ages daily. I studied dental hygiene and received a diploma in Dental Hygiene in 2015. First, I want to say that being a daycare owner isn't just a job for me, it's a passion.

I believe all children should feel safe and experience a warm, home-like feeling wherever they are being cared for. That's what makes my home daycare different. I began developing this passion back in 2016 when I noticed many kids never wanting to leave my house. Seeing myself naturally doing things to benefit children in the long run, I decided to turn this passion into a business. My husband, Christian, pushed me to open Tete Cam’s Playhouse. His favorite line was, "Since I’m spending all my money on other people’s kids anyway, you might as well get paid for it." And so, here I am! To this day, kids never want to leave my home, ever! All my daycare kids call me "Tete Cam," and that's what makes me unique!
